Robotic mower maintenance in Knoxville: questions people ask

MaintainME plans are priced per machine and run by our Knoxville crew. Call William with any question about a plan.

How much is a robotic mower maintenance plan?

MaintainME Premium is $100 a month for a residential mower plus $100 a month per acre, $200 for a commercial mower and $300 for a large platform. Basic is one yearly price: $459, $659 or $859. Paying Premium yearly gets two months free.

What is the difference between Basic and Premium?

Premium includes a monthly visit with fresh blades, unlimited repairs, no travel fees, wear and defect parts, winterization and storage, and a tech on site in 48–72 hours. Basic gives $90 an hour labor, parts at cost, priority scheduling, a blade set a year and half-price winter service.

What does service cost without a plan?

Labor is $150 a visit, plus mileage, and you pay for parts, blades and winter service yourself.

Do you have plans for golf range pickers?

Yes. MaintainME for a range picker is $400 a month on Premium plus $100 a month per gang, or $1,000 a year on Basic plus $600 per gang. Connectivity is billed separately.

What is SYNC?

One monthly payment that covers the machines, the install, the service and the connectivity, usually over a three-year term. At the end you can renew, upgrade, return it or buy it out.

Which areas do your plans cover?

Within about 100 miles of Knoxville, our crew is out every week. Plans also cover the rest of Tennessee, Kentucky and western North Carolina on scheduled service runs.
