How much does a robotic mower repair visit cost in Knoxville?
Without a plan, labor is $150 a visit, plus mileage, and parts are extra. MaintainME Basic cuts labor to $90 an hour with parts at cost, from $459 a year. MaintainME Premium includes unlimited repairs and no travel fees, from $100 a month.
How fast can you get to me?
MaintainME Premium customers get us on site in 48–72 hours. Basic customers get priority scheduling. Everyone else is booked on the next open service run from Knoxville.
Which brands do you repair?
Husqvarna (Automower, EPOS and CEORA), Kress, NEXMOW and Korechi Pik'r range pickers. Call William with the brand and model and he will tell you straight away whether we can help.
Do you handle warranty claims?
Yes. MaintainME Basic and Premium both include handling warranty claims with the manufacturer, so you are not shipping a mower off yourself.
Do you winterize and store robotic mowers?
Yes. Premium includes winterization and winter storage. Basic includes winter service at half price.
Which areas do you cover for service?
Our own crew covers about 100 miles around Knoxville every week, including Maryville, Farragut, Oak Ridge, Sevierville and Morristown, with scheduled service runs across the rest of Tennessee, Kentucky and western North Carolina.
